Food and Beverage

Over 300 new dishes are being introduced throughout the Seabourn fleet, as well as Breakfast at The Patio, which gives guests another morning al fresco choice to start the day. Classic breakfast items will be available, as well as lighter food such as freshly squeezed juices and vegan, vegetarian, and plant-based choices.

The Club has a new cocktail hour with a fresh menu of small nibbles that changes daily, live music and updated playlists, and use of the outside deck area right outside its doors for pre-dinner drinks.

Entertainment

The cruise company has created four new entertainment experiences, including Latin Quarter, a new stage show aboard Seabourn Ovation. Latin American dances and music are included in this performance.

Serenade, a classical performance on deck during sailaway events, is another new entertainment option.

New App

Seabourn has launched a brand-new app for iPhone and Android called Seabourn Source.

The app allows users to see the day’s activities, place orders ahead of time at Seabourn Square, and make reservations at different eating establishments. Passengers may also use the app to get digital boarding tickets and complete pre-cruise health questionnaires.

Wifi

The bandwidth aboard Seabourn’s ships has been quadrupled, and unrestricted usage is now included in the cruise price.

Guests may use the complimentary wifi subscription to access email, social media, and the internet. Passengers may pay a charge to enhance their plan to include cloud storage or video streaming.

E-Mustering

On Seabourn ships, the mandatory muster drill safety briefings have been modified so that guests may begin the process by viewing a safety film on their room TV. Following that, they just need to go to their muster station between boarding and 30 minutes before the ship leaves and listen to the captain’s statement.

Housekeeping

The previous single Suite Stewardess job has been replaced by two-person teams serving each suite – one Suite Host and one Suite Attendant.

The Embarkation Process Has Been Simplified

With “mBark,” Seabourn has streamlined and automated the check-in procedure, allowing passengers to go from the curb to the ship more quickly.

Guests are now given a particular allocated embarkation time, which includes a mobile boarding ticket. When they arrive at the terminal, their electronic boarding pass is scanned. Guests will be taken to their ready-to-use suites as soon as they board the ship.

Occupational Health and Safety

Seabourn has implemented procedures like as pre-cruise testing, verification of vaccination status, onboard screening, improved cleaning, and more with the help of a world-class medical advisory group.

Seabourn presently has a fleet of five ships in operation, as well as two expedition ships in the works.
